Data Deletion

MoreDemand is the trading name of More Demand Limited (company number 13826008, registered in England and Wales). You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains exactly what we delete, what we may need to retain, and how to make a request.

When we process a deletion request, we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your name, email address, company, and role.
• Any messages, form submissions, and support correspondence.
• Account data and authentication credentials.
• Access tokens and credentials we hold on your behalf for connected ad platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Data we have ingested or cached from your connected accounts, such as campaign metadata and performance reports.

Live systems are purged immediately. Encrypted backups roll over on a regular cycle and are typically purged within 30 days.

In limited circumstances we may retain some information after a deletion request, including:

• Anonymised or aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Records we are required to keep by law (for example, billing or tax records) for the period required.
• A minimal record of your deletion request itself, used to enforce account closure and prevent re-creation.

Email support@moredemand.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your MoreDemand account.

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. If your request is more complex, we will keep you informed of progress.

Where in-app account deletion is available, you may also use that mechanism. Emailing us remains the most direct way to request deletion at any time.

If you authorised MoreDemand through Facebook Login or connected a Meta ad account, you can also revoke our access at any time directly from Facebook:

• Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings.
• Open Apps and Websites.
• Find MoreDemand in the list and click Remove.

Removing the app from Facebook revokes our access going forward. To also have us delete the data we previously received, please email support@moredemand.ai so we can purge our records.

To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity by responding from the registered email address or providing other reasonable proof before we process the request.

Once deletion is complete, we will email you to confirm and note any data we were required to retain along with the legal basis for retention.
