Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and More Demand Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13826008, with its registered office at Office 116 Summerhouse Road, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, Northamptonshire NN3 6BJ (“MoreDemand”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the MoreDemand website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We are continually developing and improving MoreDemand. Features and functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time as the Service evolves. Where a change materially and adversely affects your use of the Service, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up to date, and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, the servers or networks connected to the Service, or other users.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or otherwise harmful content.

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by MoreDemand or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights in the content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, and process that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

The Service may produce AI-generated text, images, and recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or misleading. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving any AI output before relying on it or publishing it. Do not submit confidential information that you do not have the right to share.

Fees for the Service, where applicable, will be communicated to you before they apply. Some features may be provided free of charge; others may be offered on a paid basis under terms presented at the point of purchase or subscription. We reserve the right to introduce or change fees with reasonable advance notice, and continued use of a paid feature after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreDemand and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoreDemand and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
